Oxalis dillenii- Slide #28
Common lawn and roadside weed that is commonly assumed to be some kind of clover because of the appearance of the leaves. Wood Sorrel is in fact in a separate family altogether from the clovers. These plants are edible and quite tasty in fact, and may be consumed raw in salads or as a spice in soups and stews. |
