Ø Activated Charcoal 1-2g/kg

Ø Procainamide 20mg/min, up to 800 mg

Ø Dobutamine 2.0-10.0 mcg/kg/min

Ø 25% Dextrose 25ml or 12.5 mg

Ø Valium <5yo 0.2 – 0.5mg slow IVP max at 2.5 mg

>5yo 1 mg slow IVP max at 5mg

Ø Defibrilation 2J/kg repeated at 4J/kg

Ø Syn Cardioversion 0.5 – 1J/kg, 2J/kg, repeat at 4J/kg

Ø Acceptable Pediatric Analgesia: Fentanyl, Morphine Sulfate, and Meperedine

Ø Naloxone <5 yo or <20kg 0.1mg/kg titrated

>5yo or >20kg 2.0 mg titrated
